I hope you are safe at home following the CDC, and ACBL recommendations to practice social distancing by remaining in your homes.
Yesterday the CDC guideline to remain in your home was extended until April 30. The ACBL guideline is May 11. Because of these recommendations, all events in District 6 will be canceled through May 11. Therefore, the following events are canceled:
- All unit club games
- The GNT events, originally scheduled for April 18-19, are canceled and tentatively rescheduled for August 29-30
- The April 30-May 3 Fairfax Sectional is canceled
- The May 1-3 Virginia Beach Sectional is canceled
- The May 4-10 D6 STaC games are canceled, but may be rescheduled
