District Six is one of 25 districts of the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL), covering most of Virginia, most of Maryland, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
The district is composed of eight units:

- 135 Maryland Bridge Association
- 139 Virginia Piedmont
- 146 Virginia State Bridge Association
- 147 Washington Bridge League
- 218 Northern Virginia Bridge Association
- 231 Southwest Virginia
